I think I'll just go to iOS when the 6s arrives. I'm tired of app dramas and now this OS soft operas. If BlackBerry fails or win at least I had a fair share of its past. Gotta move on whatever happens. And if this Slider becomes a hit, that's good for BlackBerry. I'll probably come back when they start to show some love in BB10, talk about being prodigal...

No one should get their hopes up for BB10 on Slider based on anonymous posts on reddit that are backed up with absolutely no proof.

Show me a pic or something and I'll take it seriously.

Have the source be someone who is known and trusted and I'll take it seriously.

Honestly, I wouldn't care much for this phone if it wasn't running android.

And no I'm not waiting for my contract to expire when this phone comes out, I'm paying full price when it comes out.

I think the real question it should be answered is if BB10 still contains the Android Runtime. There is no problem selling both BB10 and Android phone is there is no runtime ins BB10.

I don't see the point of selling the slider with BB10 without the Android Runtime. Why remove it? It works well enough. I do not want to go full android, but also do not want to lose the few android apps that I use on BB10.

Passport silver edition was also to have android and it has bb10 so if anything they are gonna do both.. bb10 for the more secure focused people and High end enterprise and android for companies that have moved over already and the consumer

Also, I don't know if it has been mentioned, this new user hasn't posted any photos. I tend to believe evidence, and the previous user who said about it running Android at least had photos.

Once that they let one OEM do it, it sets a legal precedent. That don't want others to use this as an example of and OEM breaking the rules.
