Ordered Priv and holster on 10/26. Ordered Flip case on 10/27. Received shipping notification for 10/27 order (Flip). Nothing for Priv and holster ordered on 10/26. Flip case to arrive on Tuesday. I am in NY. Spoke with DR on Friday and was told that the Priv and holster shipped! Very, very disorganized. Whatever.

I pre ordered the phone on the 23rd and the case and sync pod nest on the 24th. Both are scheduled to be delivered on November 10th.

I ordered at 10:30am EST on 10/23 and I have not received any tracking information. Order confirmation came in at 11:03am EST on 10/23.

Went through support and got an email back saying:

Regarding with your inquiry, we deeply apologizing for the delays for the shipping of the order. Since FedEx doesn't ship on weekends, the shipping may start by early next week. You will know that the shipment is on the way when you have received the shipping email with the tracking number.

I read the last few replies on this thread, checked my status again on shopBB, it was still there "this device will be shipped after the release 11/9/2015" in red...came back 30 min later to check again (crackAddict) and now it says incorrect/not available...


I hope this means they're shipping!!!!

...and I REALLY hope it's not a delay X_x

Just got off the phone with shop Blackberry. Asked them how it was possible that someone who ordered on the 29th can get their shipping confirmation before those that ordered on the 23rd. They basically told me that it was a lie and impossible and wanted the order number to confirm. So I guess that made me out to be the liar since I couldn't supply them with one. My order still hasn't shipped and they tried to tell me I'm in the first "batch" and most likely will go out Monday and will just have to wait for the email. Incompetence.
