This is what my home screen looks like when I shut my phone off at night.
This is my screen when I turn it on in the morning. Half the apps have disappeared.
    Any help would be great

Probably an app from the 8 million you have installed.

Why do you have both outlook, and Gmail, and on the Priv you have the hub too.

Mccaffee security? That's like the worst thing ever.

What's your battery life? 1 hour?

I bet if you start cleaning up your phone of all that garbage, it will work better,

I prefer Nova launcher over the BB so many features especially with the paid version. I bet you won't have that issue.
Your email apps are not the issue here though likely not necessary to have 3 of them. Disable either Hub, or Gmail. What ever you don't actually use.

Yeah with android it's hard to pinpoint what's causing the issue because every app can cause a phone to crash or cause a bug. And sometimes some apps can be shady as hell. I would get rid of apps that not vital like the virus scanner (dont need it) and few other apps that's not used on a daily basis. Or try using a different launcher. I like Nova launcher and action launcher.

Or start over by doing a factory reset. Goodluck!

If those apps disappearing are installed on your micro SD card the SD card might have a problem. Might give it a look

Yeah I found this. I moved all my apps back to the phone and it stopped

    You've got 32gb. That's plenty. I'd understand if it were the dtek50...

I get this once in a while. Il put the phone to sleep and when I wake it up, 1 or 2 icons will have moved. Usually they go to the last home screen, but today I had an empty slot on my third screen and it took me 10 minutes to figure out that the calculator had put itself back into the app drawer. Must have been lonely. Check your app drawer. That's if you remember which app it was. I take screen shots of my home screens occasionally so I have a reference. If I remember where to find them.

John, do you ever have anything positive to say about anything? Maybe I should release my username so you can try to live up to it.

Yes I think you may want to clean a few things up OP. With the hub you don't require those other email clients. I would disable Gmail and delete the others. Also a lot of the so called "antivirus" programs simply slow things down and do the opposite of what the claim to do. I would delete them and just make sure to not download anything sketchy fro untrusted sources and you shouldn't have to worry about viruses.
