Have you done a 32 second reboot? It is different from a restart. Hold the power button down until the phone vibrates. Then let go of the button. Ignore the pop up window about shutting down or restarting. Just keep holding the button until it vibrates. Then let go.

This is the same as a Battery pull in the BBOS days. See if it helps. Keep me posted.

Mine vibrates several times before the 32 seconds has passed. Anything less than 32 seconds will do a "soft reset".
