    Hi guys! Having problem with my 6 months old priv.
    Wifi is not turning on, it just keeps saying "Turning wifi on" but nothing is happening.
    been having this problem for almost 3wks now. I tried turning on-off airplane mode, countless hard resets.

    Anyone else experiencing this?

    Priv's version is 6.0.1 | STV 100-4

    You have tried the 32 Second PRESS/HOLD? Ignoring the buzz and vibration and screen prompts?

    Have you tried various Wifi locations, library, coffee shop, other?

    I'm also having this issue. Been without WiFi now for 3 months. Tried all reset methods and nothing works..intrestingly Bluetooth doesn't work either. Both WiFi and Bluetooth went down at the same time

    I did a 'safe mode' restart (hold power off, when prompted hold down power off on the screen). wifi was normal again for a day but then regressed back to buggy.

    Tried the safe mode restart too...still not working. WiFi and Bluetooth both out.

    maybe the antennas are failing. hardware. you can use BVE to check I think.
