I've had this Priv, and really liked it, but it's less than 2 months old. It was at 70% in my pocket, less than an hour ago. Now it doesn't respond to a charge, or me pushing the power button, and I have held it down for 32 seconds (and longer).

Any ideas for what to do here?

    Welcome to CrackBerry.

You might have only had the phone for 2 months, but it was released over 4 years ago. Even if you bought it brand new, the battery would have degraded by sitting around all those years. If you bought it used, the battery is probably on its last legs, since it is so old and was never a device known for great battery life even when new.

Whether you are able to find a replacement battery that is good is difficult to say at this point in time.

Well, that's reasonable, but disappointing. Thanks for the feedback, I'll give that a shot!

I've tried getting the back off but I'm dumb and clumsy. Would you know how to go about finding the model of battery that I'd need?
