    I have tried to reboot several times, charge the phone to max and also drain the battery, held the power button for 30-40 seconds and so on, every time I get to the start up flashing triangles / circles after the passcode page and no further. Please can somebody help to fix what I believe is a software issue ?

    This happened to me one day on my Key1. I left it for a few days powered off, came back and turned it on and it never got past the triangles/circles after the passcode.

    Eventually ended up using the Mobile Software tool to reload the OS, which at the time worked out because I was able to get Oreo a couple days earlier than I expected.

    Maybe someone else has a suggestion that doesnt involve wiping the phone.
