Priv won't boot / stuck on the boot loader menu ? after a factory reset
Hello guys,
I'll start off by saying that i'm french so, excuse my english !
I have a Blackberry Priv that's 3 years old now I think. I use to do factory resets from times to times when it seems "tired"... But I haven't done one in a year.
So yesterday, I tried to do one, and it didn't work on the first try (it blocked just like when an application doesn't respond). So I restarted the device, it was on my 3rd or 4th try that I could access the screen where you see the little Bugdroid working.
This kind of screen : https://i.ytimg.com/vi/n7hGT4ewCOo/maxresdefault.jpg
But it took a really really long time on that screen, maybe like an hour and a half. So I thought that it had bugged again so I tried to restart the device, I think I did a long press, more than 10 seconds (Does it qualify as a hard reset ?)
And when it booted, it got stuck on the bootloader menu.
This screen : https://crackberry.com/sites/crackbe...k60-reload.jpg
It flashes white, red, green and blue led ;
"continue the bootup" won't do anything,
"reboot into fastboot" brings me to that screen,
and " turn off the device" turns off the device.. (however when its plugged, it reboot into that screen directly).
I tried the 32 second boot : did nothing.
I tried to plug it with different chargers that have work in the past : did nothing
I tried to let the battery die and plug it once again : did nothing
I tried to clean the buttons : did nothing
After reading most posts about this kind of problems, it seems like the solution is to do an Autoloader with my computer ?
I am not really familiar with the process, is there anywhere I could find more informations or a video tutorial guiding me ?
And also, how can I be sure that I choose the right Android OS and that i'm not killing my device as I am installing the wrong one..
From this page : https://www.blackberry.com/us/en/sup...roid-os-reload Right ?
Thank you for reading my post !
