Just spoke to Vodafone, they will announce the Priv in the next few days and should launch it on 4th November, they said 100% will have it but not taking pre-orders just yet and to check back shortly.
That's me sorted, perfect timing for an upgrade!

Carphone Warehouse are still advertising it as "Available exclusively at Carphone Warehouse". I assume they only have exclusivity for a few days in that case!
yea I would guess so .....maybe this will make them drop there prices ?
Would be silly of BlackBerry to give them exclusivity, unless they committed to move the entire planned inventory for the UK market.
It would be have been suicide to give this to an outfit demanding full MSRP

I was tempted to have a look on CW website as even though I bought the Passport in April I am out of contract but the prices are just ridiculous. Let's see if it gets adopted by other carriers and what the reviews say. The positive thing is that the phone is getting way more publicity than the Passport got.

Just spoke to Vodafone and they stated that they won't be carrying the Priv. The silly woman also thought it was an old handset. She said it was no longer available, looks like I am leaving Vodafone.
Maybe vodafone are getting the white one. I'm gonna hold out for that one.

Did anybody hear some news from Vodafone UK with regards to Priv's release date?
The guys in stores are clueless as expected...
I would probably think there won't be any news until the Carphone Warehouse exclusivity deal is over.
