    In Hub I've got two Exchange email accounts, both set w Vibrate: Off
    (Hub > Settings > [email protected] > Vibrate: Off )

    I'm also running whatApp and within the app I've set Vibrate to off for Messages, Groups & Calls.
    (whatsApp > Settings > Notifications > Vibrate: Off [3 times])

    yet the Priv is still Vibrating....

    any suggestions?!

    Settings > Sounds & Notifications > Ring Volume
    If it's set all the way to the left, then it's in Vibrate Mode (note the icon changes from a bell to a vibrating phone)
    This will cause the ring setting to override the app settings that turn off Vibrate.
