    Just got a system update, about 16 MB, don't have any details. Anyone else get this? Amazon purchased unlocked phone. It says it's optimizing 102 apps.

    There was a software update issued in December 2015 which is not the same as the monthly security patch for January 2016.

    I am on an unlocked Priv that was purchased directly from the BlackBerry site and still no update. T-Mobile is my service provider.

    First, make sure WiFi is on and connected, then make sure you didn't get the update and not notice.
    -Settings - About phone, (scroll down to bottom), - scroll down again and you will see Build #, if its AAD250, you already have the update.
    - If it's AAC something, then scroll back to the top and tap system updates. Even if it says, your system is up to date, tap the 'check for update'.
