    I just did a reset because my Priv was acting really slow and now it says "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped.
    Ok
    No matter how many times I press ok it just keeps popping up. Not sure what to do. Any help please.

    Can I back up the files and stuff on my phone before I do that? I'm not really sure what to do. Sorry for being a bit stupid when it comes to this, I'm just nervous it being the first time I have ever attempted anything like that. Thank you again.

    OK I think I need to be spoonfed here. My BlackBerry Priv is model # STV100-3
    Android version 6.0.1
    Android security patch level September 5 2017
    Carrier is Telus/Koodo.
    I'm really confused how to run an autoloader. I've never done it before. I don't want to choose the wrong one and brick it as I really can't afford a new phone at the moment, being a single dad and all. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I thank you in advance 1000 times!
