    Saw this in the specs..

    Power Adapter
+5V DC / 1.3A AC power adapter, OMTP Compliant
    QC2.0 Enabled – Compatible with QC2 Chargers
Dual mode Wireless Charging capable for Powermat (PMA) and Qi.

    Cool if true.

Spec says yes, but GP540 with connections say no.

There are however 6 variants of the Priv.

There may be an AT&T variant that does, not confirmed.

I had a look at AT&T's bands, there's a good chance this IS the AT&T version. It has all the bands AT&T uses (2,4,5,7,17), so no real reason to release a different variant, unlike Sprint and Verizon. That is of course AT&T doesn't like the roundness of the Priv and wants to make it look like the Classic again.

At&t is trying to force manufacturers to include wireless charging in all new devices it releases on its network.

Them and Verizon, actually. AT&T for PMA, Verizon for Qi. And the exclusive thing was stupid, I wanted my unlocked Classic with it.

Also when you said no wireless charging when you tried, was it only because there was no dock to try? There seems to be an FCC report which suggest it does.

I was told by BlackBerry rep. No wireless charging, then we had a good laugh about how slow it is.

There's an FCC report for the STV100-1 accessories test report that indicates they are testing it with the Energizer IC2B, which is a Qi charger.

Unless that is Telus not getting STV100-1 like ShopBB is, or it's disabled in the carrier/Canadian version.

This is the report, but it doesn't work unless you link it from FCC: https://apps.fcc.gov/eas/GetApplicat...tml?id=2782317
