Priv Stucked in Boot! HELP

Hi,
Just last night when I decided to restart my blackberry priv (bought less than 3 months ago), it wouldn't boot up. Whenever it reaches the home screen, it automatically restarts all over again.

I have tried holding the power button in several different ways, including holding the power and volume down button together. I tried the "fastboot" mode but it did nothing.

There was this one time, it showed the android error icon, where the android robot was lying on the floor with its chest opened up showing an ERROR sign.

Please help me!
