My Priv storage is shown as full (98% used, less than 400 MB available). I've moved almost all photos and videos to the SD card, cleaned the cache, deleted several apps, installed a file manager and moved everything I could to the SD card, including a 5 GB DCIM folder. Didn't work. Apps are less than 8 GB, pictures and video 271 MB, audio 2,35 MB, downloads 7,21 MB, cached data 257 MB, misc. 1,42 GB. So should be less than half of the total space of 24 GB. Why is it still shown as full? What else can I do?

Do a factory reset to clean out the cobwebs.

Did you get this sorted out? As a priv user I am interested in finding out.

After all these steps, did you try a 32 second reboot?

If you set any of your email accounts to forever.... they will start adding up in time.

Apps leave things behind when they are uninstalled... as Conit said, a Factory Reset is usually the quickest and easiest way to recover storage space. Newer versions of Android have options for cleaning up storage space, but with the PRIV you might try one of the 3rd party apps to do this.
