The processor spec is not entirely wrong, so much as improperly condensed and incomplete:

    • Qualcomm 8992 with 64 bit Dual-core 1.8 GHz Cortex-A57 and Quad-core 1.44 GHz CortexA53 (Snapdragon 808 Hexa-Core, 64 bit)

Edit: I just sent Telus a message suggesting that they use the complete processor specification as published by BlackBerry.

For anyone interested in productive discussion - the most recent information I can find about this on the site is from Privberry who has a Priv

When you tap any other message like Twitter or SMS it opens a different app. Some apps do not intergrate like Whatsapp so when you hear a message tone you check the hub and see nothing and have to check the stock Android notification center. At best Hub is pretty useless. At worst its hugely annoying for the reason just described.

I notified Telus a couple days ago a about the error in the Processor Spec and just received this reply:

"Thank you for your e-mail and for taking the time to send this feedback on our web site. I have forwarded this information to our web team for review and action. They will update the specs on this device shortly."
