    Thinking problem has to due with all the software updates, how do i stop them from running in the background or uninstall may last update, phone died on me with a full charge and stayed off for more then 2 hours. No matter what button or buttons i touched the Priv wouldn’t do anything. Black screen with only the 1” menu tag lighting up saying swap up with no response, finally just walked away from it to come back and press buttons and it woke up.

    Go to settings, internal storage, select cache and OK to clear. Right after hold down power button during 32 seconds.
