The Priv was not affected by the BIS/BBID shutdown.

What carrier are you with and where are you?

Whatever issue you are having would be with Verizon. I would call them.

Perhaps they decided to block your phone on the day that BlackBerry had announced for their BB10 shutdown. But one wouldn't have anything to do with the other.

Ok, thanks for that info, that's kinda what I was thinking, too. I've been trying to reach them to ask, but it's gotten pretty difficult to reach them lately. Am currently in their queue to try and get answers, but I'm willing to believe you are right. Thanks again!
