Are you serious? Do you understand what the word "pre-order" means? If BlackBerry had their act together the pre-orders would have gone out before (or at the same time as) general availability. And after that was all said and done they could have given away their 40 units to Good Morning America.

True... and a big phone (one of the main reasons I wanted to check one out in a store, and which was definitely confirmed when I saw it). If size were my primary consideration, I might say it was too big. As is, it's borderline and I'm in once the question of carrier availability is past.

To me, this is a great way to promote the new Priv, get it on a national syndicated show where it has some exposure and get it into the hands of the shows stars who can pass the word.
