    I have had a wonderful experience with my Priv until three days ago. It started with the well known email problems shared among other Priv owners. That is, major syncing issues in the Hub. The only way I receive incoming emails is to refresh the Hub or restart the phone. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, hard reset, clicked my heels three times and so on with no luck.

    I also have a keyboard that has gone haywire. It will type various letters as I try to type. Really annoying. I have to restart the phone when that happens.

    So....a couple things....does anyone have suggestions to repair my email issue in the Hub? I'm at my wits end here. Also, here we are in 2016 and a $700 device can't handle email? What?

    You've set your sync interval to 5 minutes?

    Go to settings - account make sure auto sync on and then tap BlackBerry Hub account make sure message sync on

    Says Sync is OFF. Can't seem to change it. BTW.... I'm on AT&T. STV100-1.

    I have done all but the wipe. Really trying to avoid that if possible.

    This has been an issue for a lot of users. BlackBerry has got to iron out these bugs....ASAP.

    Remove account from hub, re-add it, then reboot. Always works for me.

    Yes. If I tap it, ot pushes mail, but still says "OFF" ....there does not appear to be a way to turn it ON. All I can do it "tap to sync now" which is a one shot sync....not recurring.

    That seems to have resolved the issue! No idea how that became unchecked! I will certainly keep my eye on this. IMHO, there are too many sync settings for/in the Hub.

    Thanks! I really hope BlackBerry can streamline their interface. I see a lot of redundancy and inefficiencies which leads to these types of issues, IMO. I love the Priv, but was spoiled by the simplicity of BB10. I would never go back, but certainly look forward to BlackBerry's ongoing development of Priv.

    I have read in a post in a different forum by a BlackBerry employee that this is a known issue and they are going to bring in a next update a notification within the notification tray when auto sync is disabled.
