Hello everyone,
I'm i new user that loves blackberry phones.
I'm currently using blackberry Priv but it has a factory defect, the phone shell is not stable and while I'm using the touchscreen the screen moves. it is very annoyng and I am willing to send it to assistance, have other people got my problem?
Do I have a chance to get me repaired?

I has to have some movement or the slider wouldn't work. Use the phone, and you won't notice the movement.

That's not necessarily true. My PRIV has no movement open or closed. Perhaps a case would make it less noticeable.
