    As most Android users know, tapping on the build number 7 times in the Android settings pages opens up
    "Developer Options". This is a new set of options such as "Keep Awake While Plugged In", etc...
    Does anyone know if the Priv Android version will have this feature?

    99% sure it will be. Every Android phone I have used so far had a developer mode. How else would devs test their apps on the Priv?

    Yes it has it, if you look at the DTEK videos it even shows if you have it on or off
