Mine is still shipping on the 6th, expected arrival 10th or 11th with Express shipping. I verified through shopbb associate.

Late preorders and second batch ones are shipping the 9th, arriving 11th or 12th with express shipping and 13th through 16th with the slower ground.

Delay, delay, delay....just being cynical but I am looking forward to the Priv release.

I was told exactly the same thing by the rep I spoke to. First batch of preorders will ship on the 6th, and take 2-3 working days on Express Delivery. Next batch will ship on the 9th. I think you see dates of 9th now to reflect that reality - that if you order NOW it will ship on the 9th.
