Hello,

I live in China and thinking to move from my Classic and Passport SE end of the year to a Priv or Rome maybe. Do you know I can use the Priv well without a Google account. Can I get all update without Google play store.

You'd have to sideload a Chinese app store as Google is effectively banned there. I'd think it would be a bad experience having to manually load apks and updates because you don't have Playstore access there. Supposedly , Google is negotiating with China to come back in later in the year but thats still undetermined.

Samsung has its own store. Why hasn't BlackBerry created BlackBerry Store for its Android app yet so that people can download all BlackBerry apps from BlackBerry Android Store alternatively?

Still no chinese input support on Blackberry keyboard on the Priv. That shows what priority (or the lack of) Blackberry on the Chinese market.

I used a Hong Kong sim card last month there (cross border king china unicom) that had data thru HK and two phone numbers. Worked fine. Although, I did not update the OS there, but play store was accessible.
