The camera suddenly started shooting blurry images, When I shoot closer objects, the images are sharp, as soon as I shoot a little farther away, the image becomes fuzzy, as if there is no focus. The same thing is with video. When I look through the camera, the image is blurry and can not be sharpened. Does anyone know why and how to repair it. The camera lens is clean . Here are two images for example:

Try turning off "focus before capture" in the camera settings and see if that helps. Also, you are in Auto mode?

Does it also make grinding noises when trying to focus or adjust aperture?

Mine did the same thing and I had to replace the back camera.

When I look through the camera lens, the image is blurry, only when the camera approaches the subject of the image is sharpening. Sound is OK

Try turning off HDR. Since it combines 2 images and puts them together. One image might super blurry and the other one is fine and when the images combine, it will come out badly. See if turning that off will help
