Wow, neither the Bell nor Rogers Web site shows the Priv. Not as there featured phones (and it sure should be), nor under BlackBerry at all. Why???

I get the soft launch nature, but this is really not going to bode well. I googled "new smart phones" yesterday, and the Priv did not come up in any of the articles found by Google. SEO is not working to our favour.

It's launch day and for the two largest carriers here in Ontario to not have the Priv even on the list of available phones let alone being highlighted is a failure of marketing.

Well, for online I would think that they would have it as of midnight. This stuff is on auto post. No fan fare leading up to the release is a disappointment. Seems like they should have done more, that's all.

Yeah I see it on Rogers Website, as expected $799 outright or $399 on contract.

Seriously? Is that your usual method for finding out about new phones?

Bell never said anything about having the phone on launch day. Rogers didn't promise anything either. Go to Telus if you want your phone today.

I saw the BlackBerry Priv on the Rogers Wireless website about 15 minutes ago.

So sad. I've walked into a Rogers in the Hamilton area and they received no devices. Waiting right now for another store to open to try my luck. My Rogers pre order is stuck at open #80.

I've got one on hold from Rogers in Winnipeg. Confirmed it yesterday. They have them but, sounds like limited stocks... Thinking they are waiting to see demand first and, you can't blame them.

The stores have them. I called Tuesday and, no one had a clue of what this PRIV was..... call back Thursday and, they knew everything....

Disappointingly, none of the big 3 storefronts I visited just now even had a dummy unit out.

Ouch. At least it is now on the Bell site as well. But they have not highlighted it. This is a major new Android phone, I don't get why they are not promoting it... oh wait, I do, BlackBerry not paying them enough for the front page. This would be money well spent. We should not have to search for it.

If you want to drive to guelph, I'm cancelling my reservation to go pick it up from a buddy at wireless wave, so they will have at least 1 available lol

Was hoping for $349 on contract with Bell as my contract is expired. May have to wait and see if it drops a bit.

Another reason Sask is better than Mb, they get the Priv already and MTS doesn't ugh.
