    Indeed. So much curiosity built up through leaks and zero fanfare at launch. I hope there is more to come.

    I'm at least pleased carriers are interested. Maybe we've seen the last of stores hiding BlackBerry phones in the back room and the warehouse instead of out on the sales room floor.

    That would be a welcome change.

    They are jumping the gun if it's true, as soon as the carriers started promoting it, they wanted a head start and probably started to move stock. I'm sure the stock is already with them two weeks out.

    From what I understand about CPW - it's not uncommon for them to have no stock or virtually no stock of new phones on launch day in stores - so I wouldn't rely on them having many units two weeks out...

    its only available on pre-order at the moment guys i went in my local yestureday and she said it will be in store with my name on it she took my details too so as soon as my phone goes i can go and collect it on the 6th November

    I can imagine that the official ad/commercial bb released will be it.....I mean, other devices didn't had any big launch either as far as I can remember.....mouth to word-of-mouth-marketing is BB's thing. Yeah, I know, due to lack of coins too.........
