    Hello,

    Our company has a short inbox sync rule (7 days).

    I have searched and found an email from the server that I would like to read and print to PDF. When I click on the 3 dots for the quick menu it only gives me the option to invite to meeting 😑

    Is there something I'm missing or can we only print emails that are sync'd to the inbox?

    you should be able to print emails from the Hub, are you running the latest Hub version?

    So I have this for emails within the hub that are synced within 7 days (thats what the sync range is set to by company policy, Microsoft exchange account).

    When I search an email that is outside of the 7 day window and has to be retrieved from the server to view the only option is to 'Invite to meeting'

    Option not there. Hope this clears my question up a little.

    I just checked and I can confirm that the print option is missing from remote emails. All I'm getting is an add contact option.

    Can you save what you want to print to your device and then print from there?

    Glad it's not just me.

    Seems like a glitch in the matrix, I don't see why it couldn't be added in the future...???

    That is an option although a little messy as it adds another message to the email thread.
