How come the only explanation around is "settling" ...do they even know why this is occurring? Can we who are neither geek nor stupid have some real clarity on this? I have some doubts inasmuch as one would expect BlackBerry would fix it if they could... hello, BlackBerry, anybody home?

After every major software update it takes a bit of time to update the indexes in the various databases. Furthermore, the software updates for the BlackBerry applications usually precede the release of an operating system update or security update.

Not a big deal and normal. Even my Q10 and other BlackBerry phones I've had would heat up after updates.
