Good morning,

Could any of the PRIV owners possibly tell me if it's possible at all to remove single keys and get them back in place, i. e. could one turn a QWERTY model into a QWERTZ one? If it is possible, how difficult is it? Do you guys think good old Thiesi with his bulky hands could do it? Are any special tools required, pliers or something?

No they're all connected if you can get the keys out. Better to wait until offered in a qwertz market.

Not possible without damaging !

As shown in a YouTube Video the keys are all glued together on a silicon matrice for dirt resistance reasons. So no separate switch possible.
