Part of my screen on my original Priv does not respond to touch so i requested a warranty exchange phone from AT&T. I have received two phones now and both of them have a non-clicky or squishy physical keyboard with no tactile feel on the bottom row of keys.

Is this expected? Should I keep one and use it for a week to see if the key feel improves with use? Or should I just keep rejecting them until I get a decent one which matches the nice feel of my original phone? My original phone didn't require any break in so i'm concerned any phone which has been re-assamebled for refurb will feel this way.
