Have my Priv since November 2015
It was always very fast
The last few days everything has been lagging
Many apps end up just saying
"Not responding do you want to report"
I'm with at&t
Anything I can do to get it back to normal speed?

At times, nor do I.

Try a full reset by holding the power button for at least 30 seconds (second BB startup screen). This should release any app that may be holding it back running in the background. I find that is many times a quick fix. If that works, the harder issue will be to find out what app is actually locking up. Need to force stop some third party apps you may have when it happens again until it resumes normal operation, then you will know the culprit. Be advised this is just one possibility. If you didn't receive the latest updates, it could be the memory handling issue that is slowing down performance and heating up phones. In that case need to wait for updates. the MM update fixed one of ours.

Install Greenify and add every app. Then hibernate.

You should notice a big improvement. As well as an increase in battery life.
