Usually when the phone isn't being used and a call comes I get the full-screen phone app display... but occasionally I just get the pop up phone call alert along with ringtone, even when the phone is idle on my desk. And ideas? Anyone else see this? (on verizon Priv)

Look in Phone settings and see if you have the option for enabling/disabling the incoming call popup, if it's checked uncheck it. If there's no change, clear cache and reboot (Settings -> Storage -> Cache: tap and OK).
