I'm frankly surprised at all of the ******** and whining with regard to build quality. I couldn't disagree more.
I have owned most BlackBerry phones.
    This is my second Priv.
I managed to Crack the screen on my first. It took a bad fall from 4 feet up. No fault of BlackBerry.

The only device I have had that was built as well is my Passport SE.
If you want to buy some other Android just go buy one and quit whining already. Kind of tired of hearing it.

I consider my phone to be free of defects. That being said, if I push hard enough on the back left side I can make the phone creak. If I push side to side on the bottom of the screen when open I can make it wiggle. I can reproduce any symptom of supposed build quality issues if I want to.

I think everyone complaining about these issue for some reason try to make them happen. everyone not complaining don't try to constantly reproduce these "flaws"

regardless which type you are, it would really be a stretch to say you phone is broken. But go ahead return the phone and the next and next, you most likely will never be satisfied if you are someone looking to make it creak or wiggle.

Same issues here on my new Priv as well. Sent it back to AT&T via my warranty and got an exchange. I started to notice it again so I purchased a Blackberry OEM nappa leather smart flip case for it and it makes the phone feel firmer and doesn't make the same creaking noise anymore. I prefer a naked phone but this provides another layer to the back and sides and acts like and layer of insulation and assist in holding it all together while in use. It was a solution for me anyway.

My experience to a tee. Getting replacement tomorrow.

Lower left corner lifting, left side seam loose/bowed.

    Bummer.

Agreed. I'm the one sold my Priv and changed to S7 edge with no regret. Build quality issue seem like not solve by Blackberry. Good luck, Blackberry.

John Chen, how's your quality control?
