Well, so far, it's only an issue for one person. The "solution" is probably in that one person's personal app selections or something else to do with that particular phone.
What model do you have? I don't use a lot of apps, and I have a phone direct from BlackBerry ...but I imagine it's more than just me.

Yes, where is the Widget for Password Keeper? I don't see any "dots" under the icon and I don't see a Setting that creates a "widget"

    Lollipop on verizon.
Dude I don't know all the terminology here on Android, I've used a BlackBerry with BlackBerry's operating system for ten years. The thing that stays open when you minimize or exit the app. Whatever that's called. As far as I've ever figured out from all the forums and Android articles I thought it was a widget. Minimized app we can call it from here on out

Dude, you're not the only one! Android still befuddles me. I believe the Left triangle is the Back Button. The Circle is Home Screen and the Square is the Current Apps, again, I believe. So, I guess when you press that, you see a variety of the last number of apps opened. I changed mine to a scroll (rollodex).

It would be nice if one of the BB folks did pop into this thread.

Yeah, well, all that would be great if we were actually on 6.0.

Thanks. I read all that before I even bought mine. How much of it I retained is questionable. That's why I spend so much time here. The older I get, the more I forget. Since I'm so old, I forgot a lot. Figured I'd get it in before someone else chimes in. And you know who you are. 😁😁😁😁

Yes. If you look at the Google Playstore Icon, you will see "dots" underneath it. If you swipe up on it, you will see that you can activate a variety of Widgets. They can be placed on any of the pages of your home screen and provide a glimpse at something or a quick way into an app.

Minimized apps are found if you tap on the BOX Icon and that is the RECENT button.

Lol I can't put down the Z30 yet, still on Verizon here in NY. I bought the Priv direct from BlackBerry to use in Germany so right now it's been used for practice haha and getting setup as much as possible on advance
