Doesn't the Z30 have a paratek? My Z30 stopped receiving GPS signal after 1.5 years. Not really impressed.

BlackBerry owns Paratek so I would be inclined to think it would

Paratek was for regular antenna GPS runs on something else? No?

But it was funny when the guy was demonstrating the Continuum with the 950XL, he had only 1 bar and he was saying it's because they're inside the building etc. #demofail

This was right after Panos had talked up the antenna :-)

I went onto the Blackberry webwite forums. Moderator/pro there said yes to Paratek in PRIV. They just haven't put that info in the external documentation.

I was looking into Paratek and they don't have a website anymore. It maybe that because BlackBerry bought them, they don't need to advertise that company anymore in their phones.

I think that's the norm. The iPhone 4 death grip problem was because you connected two antennas with your hand and changed the impedance of the antennas. That's why it loses signals when you hold it in a "wrong" way.

One for cell signals and one for WiFi I believe... GPS receiver may be sharing with one of those two.
