    I'm using a different launcher (asap launcher) but it's not really smooth but there's a slight lag and overall it's not smooth. Nova launcher and blackberry launcher is fine. But I tried the same launcher on my nexus 6P and it's perfectly smooth and fine.

    launchers should work about the same on all devices. If it's laggy then i say dump it. Nova is the best imo anyway.

    Yup, just have to go to settings and its under "home" you can switch between different launchers. It also saves the layout so you don't have to redo it every time.

    Yeah but its odd the transitions seems not as smooth as my nexus 6p. Maybe im just crazy... hahah yeah Nova is amazing, had that since I had my S3. Always solid and never failed me.
