    Hello,

    I have just set up a brand new Priv. It's version is AAD027 RoW (Android 5.1.1). I would like to flash the latest piece of software

    I tried an OTA update. The phone remains stuck on the update page with this message : "System update downloading". It seems it looks for a file without finding it.

    I tried to remove the Google services updates, but no improvement

    I tried a wired update, with the autoloader available on the forum (and the correct BB driver). But the PC stays with this message "Please switch to fastboot mode by holding the power and volume down key for 30s" and nothing happens on the phone whilst in flashboot mode with the purple LED.

    Do you have any clue ?
    do you know if OTA servers are still up and running ?

    I have Android 6.0.1 and version AAJ043 on mine.
