One thing that Priv has already done for us...
It is annoying having my Crackberry channel of feedly be full of 'get 50% off this sweet bumper', etc. One or two of the reasons Crackberry has stopped filling our feed with advertisements disguised as news articles: 1. Stats show Priv has generated enough traffic to Crackberry, and users are very engaged in the forums, that Kevin called off the dogs. 2. Staff so busy that they haven't had time to write the fluff pieces.
Obviously the NDA doesn't lift today, one would assume tomorrow. We'll get to see the fruits of their labours tomorrow I guess.
