I have made the changes in the setting section of the HUB, but still only blinks blue for everything. Have tried a re-boot, but no change.
Any help would be appreciated.

hmm.. see that you have rebooted but, have you tried the 32 second reboot?
Discovered that you need to make a change in messenger in the the app manager to change the texting notification light
