    Just had an incident with notes where saved note is empty... thankfully, I read about the lack of backup in another CB thread just a few days ago & tried various schemes settling on "keep" since it preserves formatting... I am disgusted with BlackBerry for such a poor offering !!

    use Google Keep. everything is saved in the cloud and accessible via web.
    or is that what you said? If you did choose "Keep" then good choice!

    Yes... saved that essential note to keep just a few days ago so only lost some small edits... I am angry the notes app is so pitiful after using remember on my Passport for a long time... BlackBerry must be a nightmare to work in for creative people who emit such trash for big money !!
