    So I pre order from Rogers, thinking I would have my phone Friday! Even pay $40 on first day it came available. Still no phone! Actually there are none in Kingston or Brockville. How can Rogers screw this up. At least ship to the pre-order stores.

    Even the carriers help BlackBerry screw up a launch.

    I went to two Rogers stores. Sold out everywhere.

    I know how you feel, I pre ordered on the first day and Blackberry DR would not commit to a shipping date this week.

    I guess the carriers whom some of them won't even promote Blackberry anymore have a higher priority then the folks who pre ordered the device without even seeing it??

    If you have a Costco membership, try there, nobody checks Costco for device launches, they almost ALWAYS have stock.

    I was around the 200th one. I did it on the first day of preorders.

    There was only 2 shipped to all the stores in Kingston, not to the one I pre ordered to....

    None shipped to Brockville.

    How do people buy them if they don't make them available.
