Chen only said other carries, in the USA, would get it before the end of the year. He did not say Verizon.

So, saying anything at this point is all speculation.

I really want the blackberry priv, but my excitement for the phone is gone. Now im thinking of waiting the verizon priv or ill just buy a nexus 6p which is more cheaper. Verizon always sucks at phone releases. Always late. 😭

Because it's more realistic than you end of the year folks.

This verizon delay thing has played out with many BlackBerry devices for the past 8 years plus!

Why all of a sudden do you think BlackBerry has solved this problem in their core DNA?

They still think building a GSM phone makes sense to hit up the most customers. Sadly this is a failed strategy. You don't release on Verizon first you get burned in the rest of the world. Even Apple got burned by this since they ended up creating Android on Verizon! Whoops!

It's a failed strategy. It will be out in 2016.
