    Hi

    Recently, I bought a mint priv. After setup all works except not being able to make a phone call...... It says 'calling' and after some time it says 'Can't complete the call at this time. Please try again later'
    Any help ?

    Can you receive calls?

    Does the SIM work in other phones?

    hi, yes sim works in other phone but can't receive calls either

    Which network are you on? Which model of the Priv do you have?

    i am on Vodafone Netherlands, model priv no clue. how can I update on that ?

    Go to "about phone" in settings to see your model.

    If someone has called me, I do get a sms that that person has called me as I would normaly get. Very strange indeed: I cant call and cant receive any phonecalls..... :-(

    FIxed it!! Seems it cant handle 4G (Vodafone) ? In settings it was set to "4G&3G". Selecting the "4G&3G&2G" did the trick: I can now call and receive calls ! Anyone who can explain this ? I presume the Priv should be able to handle 4G ?

    Priv handles 4G just fine. I am in Greece and on Vodafone too, and I have selected 4G & 3G, and there are no issues whatsoever. I also have STV100-4.

    Maybe it's just where you happen to be standing.

    @saint300: Good to know ! Thx. Now that it works I will use it for the next week and see how it behaves. Might indeed be a very local issue as Conite says
