I'm a big BlackBerry fan, this is my 4th device and I love it but having some difficulties transitioning from Z10. Hoping if I could get some help here. I've searched the forum but no luck.

I've been using it for 10 days and since yesterday "double tap screen to wake" isn't working anymore.

I love the "battery edge" while charging but for some reason it stopped working as well.

Even CrackBerry has a problem. On my account page, my info options like type of device and carrier can be seen only in half (just the upper part of the letters is visible).

Does anyone have a problem with the virtual keyboard? My letter q is a bit difficult to use, often have to retype as it's not as sensitive to the touch as all the others.

I love BlackBerry and I want so badly to see them succeed with the PRIV, but I still miss OS 10 and BB Link. Appreciate any help with these issues.

Crackberry application is more of the application not BlackBerry related. I get that issue on other android os as well and it is not smooth with cascade like bb10

The virtual Q key happened to be in the edge corner so it is tough to get it right sometime. Try another phone at Roger where they demo and you can see

I noticed that battery edge only works when it's bright out, doesn't work in low light conditions.
