    My priv is shows charging when plugged in my laptop, but is shows "Disconnected, Bettery" while i charge it with adapter, please help

    i have tried on other computer also, it is charging with all computers and laptops

    but

    when i plugged into adapter it shows disconnected battery and not charging up.

    i tried other cables and other adapters also , but nothing happen with adapter

    please help me to fix this issue
