Two of my contacts seem to have fused. When I try to text my friend it shows up as my barber in the text history. The same for call history. The names and numbers are correct in my contacts but the recent history is fused. Calls to my friend are in my barber's recent history as well as my friend's. Please help.

Sounds to me like those two contacts somehow got linked together. Check to see if they are linked.

Open the contacts app» from the 'all contacts' tab, tap one of the suspected contacts» tap the 'edit' icon then tap the menu icon» tap separate» from the 'separate contact?' prompt, tap OK to confirm.

My contacts got very fused and mixed up due to outlook. When they synced, way back when, it happened between my contact list ,my database Act, and Outlook--a nightmare. between old BlackBerry desktop, then BlackBerry content transfer-----I just grin and bare..BEAR. IT
