My Blackberry PRIV is not showing the Contacts , despite of Successful Syncing

Hi ,

i have maintained all my contacts in Google

After Successful syncing with my blackberry PRIV , I am not able to see the contacts

I have tried all the possibilities but in vain , and for sure it is not related to Syncing , as while typing the phone Number manually , I am getting the Contact Name once i make the call

please assist as i am fed up , and about to change to other Device

Is this a new phone for you? Or have you had it for a while?

Open the Contacts app and make sure that you are showing your Gmail contacts? Bring up the Menu (swipe down if it is not showing initially).

In the center "All Contacts" or us the small arrow and check.

Then Menu to Left. All Contacts at the top.

Did you set up Gmail to sync contacts when you established the Email account. Establishing just a BBID for gmail when setting up the phone is not the same. Then when setting up the email you might have to scroll down on the option page where you establish sync interval to see the Contacts and Calendar option.
