I had a long walk this morning and when I got back I noticed the screen was wet with my sweat. I saw the purple light come on after one of my boots, but saw nothing on the screen. Then I tried booting again, this time the purple light changes to blue and still nothing on the screen. I tried again and the blue lights goes off but I hear this sound which is like the sound that comes when one is being prompted to enter their password on the priv. Now the sound has stopped but still it can not boot up.

Thank you. I have seen it link up with my laptop, meaning it works but screen display is gone. I will take your advice and come back tomorrow.

I have done the rice thing and still no luck. It flashes sometimes as if theres lightening for a second and goes off. Is my screen broken? Because I get phone calls come through but screen has no display

From your description of the problem, it sounds like not much is left to do other than take it in to a shop for repair if it is out of warranty.

I have gotten myself a KeyOne now after all that hustle trying to get this Priv to display anything without success. Now I need help, how do I move my stuff from my Priv which has no display to the new KeyOne? Someone, please help me.
