My BB priv turned off out of no where, I thought my battery died but the phone isn't charging. I did have an update notification but I wasn't able to update it because my phone memory had reached it's capacity.

Hello hold down power button for at least 32 seconds. This acts like a battery pull reset. Good luck

If when PRIV turns on. You have move media to your SD card and free up memory. Or backup on laptop and erase.

Ok try holding down Power button and either volume up or down for at least 32 seconds Time it. Another sometimes it will just come on by its on. But running at max memory never good idea on any smartphone or even a laptop.

Also recommend that you go to settings, storage and clear cache. After that reset phone. This will also liberate memory use and help your PRIV run better.

What file Manager do you have installed? I use Asus File Manager from PlayStore. It will detect your internal memory and sd card. If you select on a file will let you move.

I don't use any file management, I'll download the Asus File Manager from PlayStore and move my internal storage to my sd card.
